Yampa and Green River Float 2003

This year we got lucky in the river permit lottery, and I got to go along with
family and friends on a float trip on the Green and Yampa rivers in the
plateau region of northwestern Colorado and northeastern Utah.

information.) This was a similar crew that went on the
Grand Canyon float in 2001.
We had a great time with mostly hot weather, mellower rapids than the Grand
(or even the Rogue River),
epic water fights, tasty food, and only one night of bad mosquitoes.
